Order Fulfillment & Timelines

The Shipping Journey & Tracking Your Order
If you have received a tracking number via email, rest assured your order has already been dispatched and is moving through the logistics network. However, tracking updates will not appear immediately.
Here is how the journey works: Your parcel is first sent to the DHL hub in Heathrow, UK. From there, it is forwarded directly to the Netherlands for customs clearance into the EU. Your tracking information will only activate once the parcel successfully clears customs and reaches the DHL hub in the Netherlands. Because customs clearance is not processed daily, it is completely normal to see no tracking updates for a day or two after your dispatch email.
